学校师资力量雄厚，本科以上学历占教师总数的96%，有教职工458人，其中特级教师5人，高级教师93人，教育硕士研究生31人，研究生学历进修的108人，师资力量雄厚。近几年来，承担了省级和全国科研项目6项，编著百余部。
    The school has a strong and sound teaching team .Of all the staff,the graduates have come to 96% and 50 of them are postgraduates,6 are super-guaded teachers.In the recent years,they have done six provincial or national researches and published some hundred books.
